About...

This organization came about at the beginning of January 2021. I was scrolling through Instagram and saw a video of people who just despise homeless people and treat them horribly, throwing things at them and yelling at them. In the next part of the video, a lady was creating homeless To-Go bags for them, which I thought was amazing.

 

The Lord, in that moment, put it on my heart to do the same. That day I went to Walmart and created my own To-Go bags. I handed out my first To-Go bag and it was so joyful just to see the smile on their face being able to receive something. As this organization has grown, I have started creating bags and praying with homeless people.

 

My goal is to help the homeless, not only physically, but also spiritually.

I believe a lot of the time you need to care for someone’s physical needs before you help their spiritual needs. James 2:16 says “If one of you says to them, go in peace; keep warm and well fed, but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it?

 

Let’s be one to help their needs. God blesses us to be able to bless other people. As believers in Christ, we are called to love God and love people.
